Here is a little story about the reasons behind being in the personal development and mental health arena. After spending over a decade in the corporate world, I hit a rough patch in 2019. Burnout and high-performance anxiety were taking their toll on me. So, I decided to take a breather—a one-year sabbatical. During that time, I did some serious inner work. I wanted to understand why some people thrive in high-pressure situations while others struggle with their mental health. It was personal. Burnout left me feeling of emptiness, disconnected and fatigued.

That sabbatical turned out to be a game-changer. It wasn't just a break—it was a complete shift in direction for my career. I dove deep into exploring human potential with the goal of answering the question of why do some people who are more talented seem to fail in life, while others with more modest gifts succeed?

My coaching career started in 2020 and it led me to where I am today—pursuing a Psychology degree with a passion for helping people elevate their performance and wellbeing by mastering the mental and emotional game.

I am a Mindfulness Sports Performance Enhancement Facilitator, a method developed by sport psychologists K.A. Kaufman, C.R. Glass, and T.R. Pineau.
Mindfulness is a mental practice rooted in awareness and presence, often cultivated through meditation and other mindfulness exercises. It involves intentionally focusing one's attention on the present moment, without judgment or attachment to thoughts or emotions.

Certified in the High Performance Coaching CHPC™️ framework by Brendon Burchard, a Playing Big Facilitator (Tara Mohr's Coaching framework), and currently pursuing Silver Level accreditation in Performance Consultants.

At my practice, I prioritize standalone sessions over traditional coaching packages. I understand that each individual's journey is unique, and it's impossible to predict how long it will take to achieve the desired change. If you want to work with me on a longer container, simply book your next session in advance.

The investment for each 60-minute private virtual session is 180€.
